20-Day Easy Return & Exchange
We offer a 20-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. Requests raised after this period may not be eligible for processing.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The laptop must be in the same condition as delivered.
• Original charger, accessories, invoice, and packaging must be included.
• Serial numbers and physical condition should match our dispatch records.
• Technical or software-related concerns may require verification by our support team before approval.
Cases Not Covered Under Return/Exchange
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted in the following situations:
• Physical damage after delivery.
• Missing accessories or damaged packaging.
• Tampered hardware or altered serial numbers.
• Damage caused by liquid spills, voltage fluctuations, or unauthorized repairs.
• Products returned without approval from the Cloudify MR support team.
Simple Return Process
To initiate a return, contact our support team with your Order ID along with issue details and images/videos if required. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide shipping instructions based on your location.
Easy Replacement Support
If your laptop qualifies for an exchange, Cloudify MR will provide a replacement device with the same or equivalent specifications, subject to stock availability. Replacement timelines will be shared after quality verification.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are processed once the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our quality team. Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
Return Shipping Charges
• If the issue is verified as a product defect or quality concern, Cloudify MR will bear the return shipping cost.
• For approved non-defect returns, applicable logistics charges may be deducted as per policy.
Damaged or Defective Product on Delivery
If you receive a damaged or defective laptop, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing images/videos to help us resolve the issue quickly.
